Rights and obligations of the Samarkand Regional Puppet Theater
The theater has the following rights
- providing household, rent and other paid services to the population
- staging and selling new plays and performances on current topics and in the prescribed manner;
- development and implementation of projects on providing services to the population in the prescribed manner;
- Establishing an Artistic Council consisting of leading experts in the field in agreement with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- organization of amateur creative teams and studios under the theater;
- determining the price of tickets for cultural events, theatrical performances and concert programs in the prescribed manner;
- production of souvenirs, booklets, greeting cards, calendars, advertising products and their free distribution or sale;
- to carry out advertising work in accordance with the established procedure
The theater has the following obligations
- organizing the presentation of new stage works based on the recommendation of the Artistic Council, which consists of leading experts in the field under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in order to support the staging of artistic bright works and shows that glorify national and universal values;
- priority use of creative, scientific and technical opportunities and products for the development of theater;
- development and implementation of action plans, programs for regular development of the theater, support of creative activities;
- other obligations specified in legal documents.
